AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2446

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2446 on page 6,

after line 21, by inserting the following:
4
        "(7) During the effective time period of an order 
5
    issued under this subsection (a-5), if a recipient is 
6
    discharged or transferred to another mental health 
7
    facility, the order may be modified by the court as to the 
8
    persons authorized to administer the requested 
9
    psychotropic medications or electroconvulsive therapy. 
10
    Such a modification shall not require a rehearing on the 
11
    original petition for an order authorizing the 
12
    administration of psychotropic medication and 
13
    electroconvulsive therapy.".
