| on page 2, line 2 by replacing "." with "; nor"; and

| on page 2, by inserting after line 2 the following: |

| "(c) prohibit or prevent a State's Attorney from |

| denying employment to or discharging from employment |

| any person who has been convicted of any criminal |

| offense.".
