| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2510, on page 1, by |

| replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following:

| "child and the child's parent. The court's determination of |
| 5 |
| reasonable visitation shall not utilize electronic |
| 6 |
| communication as a substitute for any part of the visitation, |
| 7 |
| however in appropriate circumstances the court may provide, in |
| 8 |
| addition to reasonable visitation, for electronic |
| 9 |
| communication under conditions and at times determined by the |
| 10 |
| court.".
