| on page 2, line 6, by replacing "11-20.1." with "11-20.1; or"; |

| by inserting immediately below line 6 the following:

| "(3) Any depiction of a nude image that would be |

| protected as free speech under either the First Amendment |

| to the United States Constitution or Article I, Section 4 |
