| 3 | 6, after "guardian", by inserting "by the Governor"; and

| 4 | on page 3, by replacing line 10 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "reasonable and appropriate fees. In counties having a | ||||||
| 6 | population of 1,000,000 or less, the public guardian shall do | ||||||
| 7 | so on not less than a yearly".
