| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2573 as follows:

| on page 1, line 21, by inserting immediately after "emailed" |
| 4 |
| the following: |
| 5 |
| "or (iii) on campuses that provide for online registration of |
| 6 |
| student classes, such information pertaining to sexual |
| 7 |
| harassment laws and policies may be incorporated into the |
| 8 |
| registration process so that students must review the policies |
| 9 |
| and laws and acknowledge such review, prior to being allowed to |
| 10 |
| register".
