AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2629

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2629 on page 1, by

inserting immediately below line 15 the following:

    "For the purposes of this Act, an individual who is 17 
5
years of age and who will be 18 years of age on the date of the 
6
general election shall be deemed competent to execute and 
7
attest to any voter registration forms.".
