| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2660 on page 9, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "partner abuse intervention program provider, pretrial | ||||||
| 5 | service, probation, or parole agency. These agencies shall have | ||||||
| 6 | access to summaries of the defendant's criminal history, which | ||||||
| 7 | shall not include victim interviews or information, for the | ||||||
| 8 | risk evaluation. Based on the information collected from the 12 | ||||||
| 9 | points to be considered at a bail hearing for a violation of an | ||||||
| 10 | order of protection, the results of any risk evaluation | ||||||
| 11 | conducted results of the risk assessment and the other | ||||||
| 12 | circumstances of".
