| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2660 on page 9, by |

| replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: |

| "partner abuse intervention program provider, pretrial |

| service, probation, or parole agency. These agencies shall have |

| access to summaries of the defendant's criminal history, which |

| shall not include victim interviews or information, for the |
