SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for grants to community college districts to expand job training programs for individuals who are unemployed. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for grants to community college districts to expand job training programs for individuals who are unemployed.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
