    Section 5. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services

Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by

changing Section 2205-1 as follows:

    Sec. 2205-1. Article short title. This Article 2205 of the

the Civil
Administrative
Code of Illinois may be cited as the

Department of Healthcare and Family Services Law.
