    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Service Use Tax Act is amended by changing

Section 3a as follows:

    Sec. 3a.

The tax imposed by this Act may be stated as a

distinct item
separate and apart from the selling price of the

service, and shall be so
