| AN ACT concerning local government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
| 5 |
| is amended by changing Section 4.8 as follows:
|

| Sec. 4.8.
Notice of the
the time and place and general |

| scope and fee of every
examination and of the duties, pay and |

| nature of the position sought to be
filled shall be given by |

| the Director by publication for 2 weeks preceding
such |
| 11 |
| examination, in a daily newspaper of general circulation |
| 12 |
| published in
the county in which said sanitary district is |
| 13 |
| situated and such notice
shall be posted by him in a |
| 14 |
| conspicuous place in his office for 2 weeks
before such |
| 15 |
| examinations. |
