| 4 | "Section 5. The Township Code is amended by adding Section | ||||||
| 5 | 80-30.5 as follows: | ||||||
| 6 | (60 ILCS 1/80-30.5 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 80-30.5. Long-term contracts. Any township may enter | ||||||
| 8 | into a long-term energy contract, even if the length of the | ||||||
| 9 | contract exceeds the term of office of the corporate | ||||||
| 10 | authorities that approved the contract.".
