| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by changing |

| Section 8-6 as follows:
|

| Sec. 8-6. Offense. For the
the purposes of this Article, |

| "offense" shall include conduct
which if performed in another |

| State would be criminal by the laws of
that State and which |

| conduct if performed in this State would be an
