    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act is

amended by changing Section 9 as follows:

    Sec. 9. Taxation. The
The plan and the board established

pursuant to this Act shall
be exempt from payment of all fees 
9
and all taxes levied by
the State or any of its subdivisions.
