    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3651 as follows:

on page 16, by replacing line 1 through line 3 with

"Facilities

and Services Review Board to permit that Board to apply

relevant components of the Comprehensive Health Plan in its

deliberations"; and

on page 18, line 5, by replacing "Agency" with "Center"; and

on page 35, line 14, immediately after "Board.", by inserting

"Prior to March 1, 2010, the Health Facilities Planning Board 
10
shall establish a plan to transition its powers and duties to

the Health Facilities and Services Review Board."; and
