| 3 | on page 2, by inserting after line 9 the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(a.5) For purposes of this Section, "non profit | ||||||
| 5 | organization" means an organization described in Section 501 | ||||||
| 6 | (c) (3) or 501 (c) (6) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code of | ||||||
| 7 | 1986 and exempt from tax under Section 501 (a) of the Federal | ||||||
| 8 | Internal Revenue Code of 1986.".
