| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3802 on page 2, by |

| replacing line 8 with the following:

| "under this Act, and each employee of that person whose job (by |

| description or duty) includes lobbying, annually must"; and

| on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 15 the |
| 7 |
| following:
|

| "The training required by this Section shall be provided at |
| 9 |
| no cost to those required by this Section to participate.".
