AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3802

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3802 on page 2, by

replacing line 8 with the following:

"under this Act, and each employee of that person whose job (by 
5
description or duty) includes lobbying, annually must"; and
 
6
on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 15 the 
7
following:

    "The training required by this Section shall be provided at 
9
no cost to those required by this Section to participate.".
