| AN ACT concerning civil law.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by adding |
| 5 |
| Section 9-102.5 as follows:
|

| (735 ILCS 5/9-102.5 new)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 9-102.5. Prohibition on forcible entry proceedings. |
| 8 |
| During a foreclosure action, no forcible entry and detainer |
| 9 |
| action may be filed for possession of any part of the property |
| 10 |
| which is the subject of the foreclosure complaint.
