| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 1. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Sections 4.19b and 4.29 as follows:

| Sec. 4.19b. Act Acts repealed on January 1, 2009 and |
| 8 |
| December 31, 2009. |
| 9 |
| (a) The following Act is repealed on January 1, 2009: |

| The Interpreters for the Deaf Act. |
| 11 |
| (b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2009: |
| 12 |
| The Structural Pest Control Act.
