Makes a supplemental appropriation of $21,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for distribution as grants authorized by the Health Services Education Grants Act. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $21,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for distribution as grants authorized by the Health Services Education Grants Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
