| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Central Management Services |
5 |
| Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by |
6 |
| adding Section 405-335 as follows: |
7 |
| (20 ILCS 405/405-335 new) |
8 |
| Sec. 405-335. Illinois New Employee Portal. To establish |
9 |
| and maintain on its official website a free access database, |
10 |
| known as the Illinois New Employee Portal, of information about |
11 |
| persons entering State employment after the effective date of |
12 |
| this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, sorted |
13 |
| searchably by each of the following at the time of employment: |
14 |
| (1) Name. |
15 |
| (2) Employing State agency and division. |
16 |
| (3) Title or option. |
17 |
| (4) Employment position number. |
18 |
| (5) County of employment location. |
19 |
| (6) Compensation, on both monthly and annual bases. |
20 |
| (7) Rutan status. |
21 |
| (8) Status of position as subject to collective |
22 |
| bargaining, subject to merit compensation, or exempt under |
23 |
| Section 4d of the Personnel Code. |
