AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4124

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4124 on page 5, by 
3
replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following:
4
"and the production of documentary
evidence, physical 
5
evidence, electronic evidence, or other evidence relating to 
6
any matter under investigation or hearing. If the release of 
7
such evidence in an electronic format would create a risk of 
8
harm to a third party, the responding entity shall submit that 
9
evidence in an alternative format and shall redact all 
10
information necessary to protect the identity and safety of the 
11
third party. The Chairman of the Board may sign"; and 


 
12
on page 6, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:
13
"production of

14

15
any"; and
 
16
on page 6, line 8 by inserting after "Board."  the following:
