    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4160 on page 1, by

inserting below line 9 the following:

    "A "sign" does not include a nameplate, business card,

stationery, letterhead, or card stock."; and

on page 2, in line 14, by inserting after the period the 
7
following:

"As used in this subsection, "sign" does not include a name 
9
plate, business card, letterhead, stationery, or card stock.".
