| AN ACT concerning housing sustainability.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Housing Affordability Impact Note Act is |

| amended by changing the title of the Act and Sections 1 and 5 |

| as follows:
