AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:
OPERATIONS

For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System.................... 179,200
For State Contributions to
Social Security................................. 120,900
For Contractual Services......................... 240,000
For Travel........................................ 21,800
For Commodities.................................... 4,900
For Printing....................................... 4,400
For Equipment...................................... 5,400
For Electronic Data Processing.................... 40,400
For Telecommunications Services................... 64,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
