SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
In addition to any other amounts appropriated for this purpose, appropriates a total of $3,000,000 from the Health and Human Services Medicaid Trust Fund and the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for supportive housing services. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to any other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services for supportive housing services as follows:
(1) From the Health and Human Services Medicaid Trust Fund, $1,573,838.
(2) From the General Revenue Fund, $1,426,162.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
