| AN ACT concerning elections.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding Section |

| 29-12.5 as follows:
|

| (10 ILCS 5/29-12.5 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 29-12.5. Use of public school property. |
| 8 |
| Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, use of the |
| 9 |
| property of a public school for campaign purposes is a Class 4 |
| 10 |
| felony.
