| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4569

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4569 on page 2, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 3 through 6 with the following:
| ||||||
| 4 | "(d) In this Section: | ||||||
| 5 | "Executive board or commission" means each executive | ||||||
| 6 | branch board or commission created by law that is not under the | ||||||
| 7 | jurisdiction and control of the Lieutenant Governor, Attorney | ||||||
| 8 | General, Secretary of State, Treasurer, or Comptroller, but | ||||||
| 9 | does not include the State Board of Elections. | ||||||
| 10 | "Executive State agency" means each executive branch | ||||||
| 11 | department, agency, institution, authority, public institution | ||||||
| 12 | of higher learning, and body politic and corporate of the State | ||||||
| 13 | created by law that is not under the jurisdiction of the | ||||||
| 14 | Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, | ||||||
| 15 | Treasurer, or Comptroller, but does not include the State Board | ||||||
| 16 | of Elections.".
