SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $7,000,000, in addition to other specified amounts, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the expenses of AIDS/HIV Education, Drugs, Services, Counseling, Testing, Referral and Partner Notification. Effective immediately.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $7,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for expenses of AIDS/HIV Education, Drugs, Services, Counseling, Testing, Referral and Partner Notification (CTRPN), and Patient and Worker Notification pursuant to Public Act 87-763.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
