| 4 | "key, including a key designed for lock bumping, or a lock pick | ||||||
| 5 | specifically manufactured or altered for use in"; and
| ||||||
| 6 | on page 1, line 18, by inserting "motor vehicle," after | ||||||
| 7 | "aircraft,"; and | ||||||
| 8 | on page 2, line 3, by inserting after "2004" the following: | ||||||
| 9 | "or to any person engaged in the business of towing vehicles".
