    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4756, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

on page 1, by replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:

    "Farmers' market" means a nontraditional fresh food 
7
market, licensed by the United States Department of 
8
Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service to accept SNAP 
9
benefits, where farmers or growers sell a variety of fresh 
10
fruits and vegetables and other locally-grown farm products 
11
directly to consumers."; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 3 through 7 with the following:

    "Section 15. Implementation of regulations. The Department 
14
of Human Services shall adopt necessary rules and shall 
15
implement the program by March 31, 2011.
