| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4825

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4825 on page 8, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "abuse or neglect. The services contained in the service plan | ||||||
| 5 | shall include services reasonably related to remedy the | ||||||
| 6 | conditions that gave rise to removal of the child from the home | ||||||
| 7 | of his or her parents, guardian, or legal custodian or that the | ||||||
| 8 | court has found must be remedied prior to returning the child | ||||||
| 9 | home. Any tasks the court requires of the parents, guardian, or | ||||||
| 10 | legal custodian or child prior to returning the child home, | ||||||
| 11 | must be reasonably related to remedying a condition or | ||||||
| 12 | conditions that gave rise to or which could give rise to any | ||||||
| 13 | finding of child abuse or neglect.".
