| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4860 on page 1, by |

| replacing lines 15 through 16 with the following:

| "called to the location by a law enforcement officer, the |
| 5 |
| Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois State Toll |
| 6 |
| Highway Authority, a local agency having jurisdiction over the |
| 7 |
| highway, or the
owner or operator of the damaged or disabled |
| 8 |
| vehicle. This Section shall not apply to employees of the |
| 9 |
| Department, the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, or local |
| 10 |
| agencies when engaged in their official duties.".
