| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4860

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4860 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 15 through 16 with the following:

| 4 | "called to the location by a law enforcement officer, the | ||||||
| 5 | Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois State Toll | ||||||
| 6 | Highway Authority, a local agency having jurisdiction over the | ||||||
| 7 | highway, or the
owner or operator of the damaged or disabled | ||||||
| 8 | vehicle. This Section shall not apply to employees of the | ||||||
| 9 | Department, the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, or local | ||||||
| 10 | agencies when engaged in their official duties.".
