Amends the Medical Corporation Act. Provides that each individual medical corporation employee licensed pursuant to the Podiatric Medical
Practice Act of 1987 shall remain subject to reprimand or discipline for his or her conduct under
the provisions of that Act. Effective immediately.

| AN ACT concerning business.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Medical Corporation Act is amended by |
5 |
| changing Section 15 as follows:
|
6 |
| (805 ILCS 15/15) (from Ch. 32, par. 645)
|

| Sec. 15.
Each individual employee licensed pursuant to the |
8 |
| Medical
Practice Act of 1987 or the Podiatric Medical
Practice |
9 |
| Act of 1987 who is employed by a corporation subject to this
|
10 |
| Act shall remain subject to reprimand or discipline for his or |
11 |
| her conduct under
the provisions of the Medical Practice Act of |
12 |
| 1987 or the Podiatric Medical
Practice Act of 1987 .
