2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4927, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
3 | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. | ||||||
4 | 2, on page 14, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with " with or | ||||||
5 | recognized by the State Board of Education. "; and | ||||||
6 | on page 18, by replacing lines 21 and 22 with " issued prior to | ||||||
7 | the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General | ||||||
8 | Assembly shall"; and | ||||||
9 | on page 23, line 22, after the period, by inserting " A licensed | ||||||
10 | fraternal establishment or licensed veterans establishment | ||||||
11 | that does not hold a liquor license may operate video gaming | ||||||
12 | terminals if (i) the establishment is located in a county with | ||||||
13 | a population between 6,500 and 7,000, based on the 2000 U.S. | ||||||
14 | Census, (ii) the county prohibits by ordinance the sale of | ||||||
15 | alcohol, and (iii) the establishment is in a portion of the | ||||||
16 | county where the sale of alcohol is prohibited. ".
