AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4961

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4961 by replacing

everything from line 20 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with 
4
the following:

    "The Illinois Historic Sites Fund is not subject to 
6
administrative charges or charge-backs, including but not 
7
limited to those authorized under Section 8h of the State 
8
Finance Act."; and
 
9
by replacing everything from line 21 on page 2 through line 3 
10
on page 3 with the following:

    "(c) The  Presidential Library and Museum Operating Fund is 
12
not subject to administrative charges or charge-backs, 
13
including but not limited to those authorized under Section 8h 
14
of the State Finance Act.".
