| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4961

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4961 by replacing |

| everything from line 20 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with |

| the following:

| 5 |
| "The Illinois Historic Sites Fund is not subject to |
| 6 |
| administrative charges or charge-backs, including but not |
| 7 |
| limited to those authorized under Section 8h of the State |
| 8 |
| Finance Act."; and
|
| 9 |
| by replacing everything from line 21 on page 2 through line 3 |
| 10 |
| on page 3 with the following: |
| 11 |
| "(c) The Presidential Library and Museum Operating Fund is |
| 12 |
| not subject to administrative charges or charge-backs, |
| 13 |
| including but not limited to those authorized under Section 8h |
| 14 |
| of the State Finance Act.".
