Appropriates the amount of $1,400,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010. Effective July 1, 2010.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,400,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
