Appropriates $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Joliet Region Easter Seals for programs and for expansion and rehabilitation of facilities.  Effective July 1, 2010.

$DHS-JOLIET EASTER SEALS

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $750,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Joliet Region Easter Seals for programs and for expansion and rehabilitation of facilities.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
