AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Trinity Services, Inc. and the FAST Team of Illinois for the establishment and operation of a FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders) Outreach and Drop In Center.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
