| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5044

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5044 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. The Financial Institutions Code is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | adding Section 13.5 as follows: | ||||||
| 6 | (20 ILCS 1205/13.5 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 13.5. Spanish version of Department's website; | ||||||
| 8 | predatory lending. The Department shall create a version of its | ||||||
| 9 | website that is in Spanish for pages that contain information | ||||||
| 10 | about predatory lending.

| 11 | Section 10. The Office of Banks and Real Estate Act is | ||||||
| 12 | amended by adding Section 6.1 as follows: | ||||||
| 13 | (20 ILCS 3205/6.1 new) | ||||||
| 14 | Sec. 6.1. Spanish version of Department's website; | ||||||

| 1 | predatory lending. The Department shall create a version of its | ||||||
