SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $100,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Veterans' Affairs for grants to charitable and veterans' organizations for the purpose of providing honor guards and buglers at military funerals in Illinois. Effective July 1, 2010.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $100,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Veterans' Affairs for grants to charitable and veterans' organizations for the purpose of providing honor guards and buglers at military funerals in Illinois.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
