    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5071 on page 10, by

replacing lines 24 through 26 with the following:

    ""Regular employee" means a person working at a consistent

interval over time an average of 20 hours per week for a person

or entity who would be considered as an employee under the

Internal Revenue Service eleven main tests in three categories 
8
being behavioral control, financial control and the type of 
9
relationship of the parties, formerly the twenty factor test.";
