with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

1, on page 33, by replacing lines 5 through 11 with the

following:

        "(17) Performing any act or practice that is a

    violation of this Act or the rules for the administration

    of this Act, or having a conviction or administrative

    finding of guilty as a result of violating any federal or 
10
    State laws, rules, or regulations that apply exclusively to

    the practices of private detectives, private alarm 
12
    contractors, private security contractors, fingerprint 
13
    vendors, or locksmiths Failing to comply with any provision

    of this Act or rule promulgated under it."; and
