| on page 3, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with "administer or |

| on page 3, line 14, by inserting after the period "Nothing in |

| this subparagraph (a) shall prohibit the Department from |

| contracting with vendors to continue the operation of care or |
| 9 |
| disease management programs that existed prior to December 31, |
| 10 |
| 2009.".
