| 3 | on page 3, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with "administer or | ||||||
| 4 | pay for any and all benefits made available to those persons | ||||||
| 5 | eligible under Article III, unless the"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 3, line 14, by inserting after the period "Nothing in | ||||||
| 7 | this subparagraph (a) shall prohibit the Department from | ||||||
| 8 | contracting with vendors to continue the operation of care or | ||||||
| 9 | disease management programs that existed prior to December 31, | ||||||
| 10 | 2009.".
