| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5247 on page 5, line |

| 18, by inserting after the period the following: |

| "The Department shall review a complaint filed by a licensed |
| 5 |
| day and temporary labor agency. The Department shall review the |
| 6 |
| payroll and accounting records of the day and temporary labor |
| 7 |
| service agency and the third party client for the period in |
| 8 |
| which the violation of this Act is alleged to have occurred to |
| 9 |
| determine if wages and payroll taxes have been paid to the |
| 10 |
| agency and that the day or temporary laborer has been paid the |
| 11 |
| wages owed him or her."; and
|
| 12 |
| on page 7, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following: |
| 13 |
| "located. Actions may be brought by one or more".
