| AN ACT concerning public aid.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing Section 15 as follows:
|

| (305 ILCS 40/15) (from Ch. 23, par. 7100-15)

| Sec. 15. Fee.
|
| 8 |
| (a) A nursing home that that is a distribution
agent under |
| 9 |
| this Act shall file with the Department on or
before the last |
| 10 |
| day of September, December, March and June
a certification |
| 11 |
| disclosing the following
information:
|
| 12 |
| (1) the name of each eligible individual residing in |
| 13 |
| the
nursing home during one or more days of the quarter
|
| 14 |
| immediately preceding the quarter in which the |
| 15 |
| certification
is made;
|
| 16 |
| (2) for each eligible individual, the eligible |
| 17 |
| individual's annual
income from all sources for the year |
| 18 |
| immediately preceding the year in
which the certification |
| 19 |
| with respect to that individual is made;
|
| 20 |
| (3) the total number of occupied bed days for each |
| 21 |
| eligible
individual residing in the nursing home during the |
| 22 |
| quarter
immediately preceding the quarter in which the |
| 23 |
| certification
is made;
