    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5340 on page 4, by

replacing line 5 with the following:

"Certification Board, upon the request of the president of 
5
another school board if the applicant has applied for 
6
employment with that board, the local law; and

on page 11, by replacing line 17 with the following:

"Education, the State Teacher Certification Board, upon the 
9
request of the president of another school board if the 
10
applicant has applied for employment with that board"; and
 
11
on page 11, line 18, by replacing "districts" with "district".
