| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5340 on page 4, by |

| replacing line 5 with the following: |

| "Certification Board, upon the request of the president of |

| another school board if the applicant has applied for |
| 6 |
| employment with that board, the local law; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 11, by replacing line 17 with the following: |
| 8 |
| "Education, the State Teacher Certification Board, upon the |
| 9 |
| request of the president of another school board if the |
| 10 |
| applicant has applied for employment with that board"; and
|
| 11 |
| on page 11, line 18, by replacing "districts" with "district".
