6, after "enacted", by inserting "by a county or township"; and

on page 3, line 17, after "gallon.", by inserting "This

subsection does not apply to municipalities. Nothing in this

subsection shall allow cargo tank
vehicles
to cross bridges

with posted weight restrictions if the vehicle exceeds the 
8
posted weight limit.".
