    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5402 on page 1, by

deleting lines 4 through 17; and

on page 7, line 18, by inserting "or" after ";"; and

on page 8, line 6, by replacing "; or ." with "."; and

on page 8, by deleting lines 7 through 9; and
 
7
on page 13, by inserting immediately below line 22 the 
8
following:

    "(c-5)  The court shall impose an extended term sentence 
10
under Article 4.5 of this Chapter V upon an offender who is 
11
convicted of any of the following listed offenses in the 
12
Criminal Code of 1961 when the offense was committed to effect 
13
or to attempt to effect a transaction at an electronic fund 
14
transfer terminal located in this State:

        (1) robbery under Section 18-1;
2
        (2)  armed robbery under Section 18-2; or
3
        (3)  aggravated robbery under Section 18-5."; and

on page 13, line 25, by inserting after "Act" the following:

"; and "electronic fund transfer terminal" has the meaning 
6
ascribed to it in Section 2.14 of the Illinois Credit Card and 
7
Debit Card Act".
